I’ve been given a robot. It has a super-powerful AI. It’s fantastic; it can do all sorts of things: tell stories, ride a bike, solve puzzles, and play basketball. But for it to work properly, it needs to know a whole lot about me: what I can and can’t do, what I like and dislike, what I’m like on the inside and out, who my great-grandparents were… It has also asked me what I was like when I was born and what I’ll be like when I’m an old lady. How will I manage to answer all these questions? Who am I?

“I am” is based on various piano pieces from the album *For Children* by the Hungarian composer Béla Bartók; there is an option for these to be performed live by pianist Francesc Mora (or, alternatively, the music can be played from a recording).

It is a mask and dance performance featuring video projections that also invites audience members who wish to do so to come up on stage and dance for a while. It lasts approximately 40 minutes.
The show was presented at Fitkam 2026.
